2. Fundraising Structure and No Purchase Necessary Option

This promotion is conducted as a political fundraising sweepstakes.

Eligible individuals may enter without making a political contribution. Making a contribution will not increase your chances of winning.

The availability of a no-purchase-necessary entry method is provided to comply with applicable sweepstakes law.

3. Separate Sweepstakes Requirement

Each firearm giveaway conducted by the Campaign shall be treated as a separate and distinct sweepstakes.
Participants must enter each individual giveaway separately in order to be eligible for that specific drawing.
Entries do not carry over between separate firearm promotions unless expressly stated in the official rules of that specific giveaway.

4. Eligibility

Entrants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
Entrants must be legal residents of the United States.
Entrants must be legally eligible to purchase, possess, and receive a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements necessary to complete ATF Form 4473 and legally accept transfer of a firearm through a federally licensed firearms dealer.
Void where prohibited by law.

5. Entry Methods

Eligible individuals may enter by making a voluntary political contribution through official Campaign channels.

Eligible individuals may also enter without making a contribution by completing the designated online entry form.

All entries require the participant to provide full legal name, valid email address, and valid phone number.

All participants, regardless of entry method, must actively opt in to receive email and text communications from Mark Lamb for Congress and remain active on the Campaign communication list at the time of winner selection.

The entry deadline will be published in the official promotional materials.

All entries must be received prior to the stated deadline to be eligible.

6. Prize Description

The prize consists of one firearm described in official promotional materials, or an equivalent firearm of equal or greater value, subject to availability and legal compliance.

The Campaign reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required for compliance or availability reasons.

The approximate retail value of the firearm will be listed in the official promotional materials. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7. Firearm Transfer and ATF Compliance

The firearm shall be transferred only through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968 and applicable ATF regulations.

The winner must complete ATF Form 4473 and successfully pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) background check or applicable state equivalent background check.

The winner must meet all eligibility criteria required under ATF Form 4473 to lawfully receive the firearm.

If the winner fails the background check, is denied transfer, refuses to complete ATF Form 4473, or is otherwise legally prohibited from receiving the firearm, the prize shall be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected.

The Campaign shall not transfer any firearm directly to the winner outside of lawful FFL procedures.

The Campaign may cover standard FFL transfer fees but shall not be responsible for additional compliance costs imposed by federal, state, or local law.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner shall be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the deadline for that specific giveaway.
Winner will be notified via phone and email and must respond within 72 hours.
Failure to respond or establish eligibility shall result in selection of an alternate winner.

9. Federal Election Compliance and Contribution Certification

This promotion is conducted in compliance with the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) and Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations.

Political contributions are subject to federal limits and reporting requirements.

Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, federal contractors, foreign nationals, and other prohibited sources are not permitted.

By making a contribution, the contributor certifies that the contribution is made from personal funds, is not reimbursed by another person or entity, and complies with federal law.

All contribution data will be collected and reported in accordance with FEC reporting requirements.

Participation in the giveaway does not alter the legal status of a political contribution and does not exempt the Campaign from required reporting obligations.

Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

Cash contributions in excess of $100 are prohibited.
