Retired Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb is answering the call to serve once again — this time in the United States Congress, representing Arizona’s 5th Congressional District, which includes the East Valley including eastern Maricopa and northern Pinal Counties. It is the home district of conservative stalwart Andy Biggs, who is now running for Arizona Governor. Lamb says he is proud to carry on Andy’s work and the values they share.
“After twenty years in law enforcement, voters know me and know my record. I still believe in America — in its heritage, its birthright, and its promise,” Lamb said. “We should never apologize for our belief in faith, family, and freedom.”
President Trump, Andy Biggs, and Charlie Kirk have been examples of leadership and courage,” Lamb added, “and I am proud to follow in their footsteps.”
He continued: “America doesn’t need to fear our enemies from abroad — our military is second to none, and we will insist that it remains so. The real danger we face has always been the decay of America from within — when we lose our faith, our family, and our freedom, and a government that forgets who it serves.”
Lamb also spoke to his record as Pinal County Sheriff: “My decades in law enforcement
required that I spend countless hours testifying and working on legislation at the state and federal levels. I know what works and what doesn’t, and I’ll make sure the voices of the people I represent are heard in Washington.”
He closed by saying: “I believe in America — its people, its promise, and its future. I won’t surrender to special interests or engage in the politics of division. It’s time to restore leadership, integrity, and common sense to Congress.”
